Tien Xuan

Tien Xuan was conceptualized as a strategic masterplan for a self-sustained and lifestyle-themed resort community offering a wide variety of historical, cultural, recreational, entertainment, shopping, and living experiences that could have also functioned as a sustainable tourist spot. Despite this, it would have still been environmentally friendly, as the design would have taken into consideration the natural beauty of the area and incorporated it into its design.

This unique resort community would have included a theme park, a movie studio complex, a lakeside hotel & casino area, a residential golf community, a retail, office, and commercial area, and a sports village complete with a spa & resort.
