Ar. Ronald "Ron" Miranda
FOUNDER/PRESIDENT
Arch. Miranda is a graduate of UP Diliman who ranked eighth in the 1984 Architectural Board Exam, and is a member of the United Architects of the Philippines. He is licensed both in the Philippines and in the USA, and has had multiple projects as an architect, development manager, and sustainable urban planner in the Philippines, South Korea, Vietnam, and the USA.

Ar. Miguel Andres "Andoy" Salcedo
DIRECTOR FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Arch. Salcedo is a graduate of UP Diliman, who interned at W.V. Coscolluela, which he later became a part of during the start of his career. He joined 260 Inc. back when it was starting out, and the rest was history. He has helped create designs for various projects in the South East Asian Region and South Korea. He is now finishing his masters, specializing in Hospital Design at UP Diliman.

Ar. Pablo "Jun" DC Fernando
DIRECTOR FOR DESIGN OPERATIONS
Arch. Fernando was one of the very first employees of 260 Inc in Manila. His experiences working for FBC Design & Consultants and Sharpland International in Hong Kong allowed him to be a valuable member of the team, especially in handling the various hospitality projects that 260 Inc. has handled in the South East Asia region.
