Surabaya Complex
This residential condominium conceptualized in the ‘90s, aimed to be the first in Indonesia to feature a podium area connecting its two residential buildings. This space would have served as a public gathering spot which would have fostered a stronger sense of community among its residents. Aside from this, its greenery and open spaces would have uplifted spirits while promoting good cross ventilation.
