Katipunan Camino
This conceptual design for a residential condominium in the university area of Katipunan aimed to pioneer a unique approach to planning and designing condominiums by catering to a diverse range of tenants. The residential units would have comprised of a mix of one-bedroom studio units suitable for students and teachers, two-bedroom units ideal for smaller families, and three or more-bedroom units resembling typical bungalow homes for larger families. Additionally, the design incorporates vertical residential parks within the building to enhance the ambiance, dissipate heat build-up, and to facilitate natural airflow throughout the building.
