Ha Long Bay Strategic Tourism Masterplan

This visionary strategic tourism masterplan was conceptualized and developed as a blueprint for the city's efforts to bolster both the economy and tourism in Ha Long Bay. To achieve this, the combined synergy of three major areas- Ha Long Market & Marina Area, Coal Miner's Row & Central Park, and Catholic Church Hill- was hoped to become the driving force for this touristic "string of pearls".
