Abecco Tower

This mixed-use development, which encouraged a live-work-play lifestyle, was conceptualized in the early 2000s as the Vietnamese economy showed signs of recovery from the Asian financial crisis. A self-contained community, it aimed to encourage decentralization from denser urban areas and cities.
